Pte. Charles Godfrey

Private Charles Godfrey is the nestor of the Home Guard's Walmington on Sea platoon, physically the frailest, not in the least his bowls, but kind, courageous, well-liked, the medic, brave when needed. He lives with his sisters in an idyllic cottage.
