The series of scientific drama comes again to complete the story of the first season which achieves a great success. The first season ends up with a huge massacre of the hosts, who begin to hunt down the human survivors, and the park employees are struggling to get their control over the park. There is no safety as there is no price for humans souls.
After a season that had shifted from promising to polarising to downright turgid in places, for me, the finale's length was pretty much the subroutine that frazzled my programming.
Inside of the context of a TV show it's probably as sophisticated a conversation about free will as you're going to have. I just think it has some severe limitations built into it.
[The finale] left you feeling dizzy just trying to squeeze your head around it all, yet at the same time, absolutely exhilarated at the skill, ambition and imagination that had gone into making it.
